Home Efficiency Australia is free to use for eligible customers through our working relationships via third-parties, please contact us to learn how you may be able to access our Home Efficiency Australia products.

Home Efficiency Australia: Assessor Pro is for property and real estate professionals. To access you need to purchase a licence. You can request a demo here.

What is the difference between HEAT and Assessor Pro?

HEAT (Home Energy Assessment Tool) a simple tool for customers to take action. It is a simple online  calculator to estimate your home’s energy performance and helps you explore home energy upgrades, estimated costs and savings when you improve your Home Energy Efficiency Score. This allows customers to find ways to save on their utility bills while creating a more energy efficient and comfortable home.

Assessor Pro is for businesses and organisations to conduct Home Energy Efficiency Assessments and generate detailed Home Energy Efficiency Reports at scale for multiple properties under a paid subscription.

I forgot my Assessor Pro password.

Not to worry! You can always reset your password on the login screen by selecting ‘Forgot Password.’ You can also reset your password within the Assessor Pro dashboard at any time, under ‘Settings.’

How do you know what attributes my house has already? Where does this data come from?

To make things easier for you, we've pre-filled most of the answers in our Home Efficiency solutions based on the data we already have about your home. HEA use public open source data sets and purchase additional data sets about your home. You can review and adjust the answers to ensure they're accurate before submitting.

Is my personal or property data protected? Is my information secure?

Yes. All data is stored securely and encrypted. Home Efficiency Australia has implemented reasonable safeguards to help protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

These safeguards include physical, organisational, and technological measures. The specific safeguards used by us may differ based on our sole judgment as to the sensitivity of the information at issue and the format or location in which it is maintained.

I'm interested in getting my home assessed, where can I get information if I don’t have it handy?

Information about your house is available in your section 32 when you purchased your home. Most answers will be known by walking through your home. If you don’t know the answer, it is ok to say so. We will simply take the average answer for home similar to yours in your area.

Who else can see and use my data? Will they contact me?

Home Efficiency Australia collects your personal data in order to provide tailored results and improve your experience. If you connect with a trusted brand through Home Efficiency Australia we provide information to them to customise their advice to you. More can be viewed in our Privacy Policy.

How can I correct wrong pre-populated information?

HEA products feature the ability for you to overwrite the information with your answer.

How can I track my improvements as I make changes?

This functionality will be coming soon. As you do assessments and home improvements over time, these will be visible and tracked in the Home Efficiency platform.

My Home Efficiency Australia results have changed. Why?

Home Efficiency Australia are committed to providing the most accurate results when possible. If your results have changed, it means that is has been adjusted to reflect the latest  updates from the ValAi model.
